Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the GLPily apps and website (the "Service") provided by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("GLPily", "we"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Not medical advice

GLPily helps you record and visualize your own data. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and does not tell you what medication or dose to take. Always follow the guidance of your prescriber. Charts and analytics describe patterns in the data you entered; they do not establish that any medication caused any outcome. If you are unwell, contact a healthcare professional or emergency services.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and use the Service only for your own personal tracking.

3. GLPily PRO subscriptions

PRO is an auto-renewing subscription billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play at the price shown before you subscribe. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; uninstalling the app does not cancel it.
Each billing period PRO includes 10 AI Transformation credits for monthly plans (annual plans receive their yearly allocation up front). PRO does not include unlimited AI generations. Free trials, where offered, do not include credits.
If a subscription is refunded by the store, PRO access ends and any credits from that billing period that have not been used are removed.

4. AI credits

One credit is consumed for each successfully completed AI generation. If a generation fails, times out or is rejected, no credit is consumed.
Viewing, re-opening, saving, sharing, cropping or downloading an existing result never consumes credits.
Credit packs are one-time purchases billed by the store; their credits do not expire. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for money, and are consumed in the order they were granted.
Refunds for credit packs are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their policies. If a pack is refunded, its remaining credits are removed from your account.
Free accounts include 0 credits; the AI Transformation feature can be previewed but generations require credits.
Prices, pack sizes and included credits may change; changes apply to future purchases only and are shown before you buy.

5. AI Transformation content

AI Transformations are illustrative visualizations. They are not predictions, promises or medical assessments of how your body will change, and individual results vary.
You may only upload photos of yourself (or of adults who have given you permission). Do not upload photos of minors, nudity, or any content that is unlawful or infringes others' rights. We may refuse or remove content that violates these rules and suspend accounts that abuse the feature.
You keep the rights to your photos and to the images generated from them. You grant us only the limited license needed to store, process and display them to you, and to transmit them to our AI provider to create the result you requested.
Generated images may contain artifacts. Do not present AI results as real photographs.

6. Health data integrations

Connecting Apple Health or Health Connect is optional. You control which permissions you grant and can revoke them at any time. Data read from these services is used only to provide GLPily's features.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to manipulate credits, purchases or balances, reverse-engineer the Service, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its design and the GLPily name and logo are owned by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] and protected by law. Your data remains yours.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time (see Delete account). We may suspend or terminate the Service or your account for breach of these Terms; paid subscriptions remain governed by the store's refund rules.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GLPily is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app. These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and disputes are subject to the courts of [JURISDICTION], without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
