Delete your account

You can delete your GLPily account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent.

In the app

• Open More → Account → Delete account and confirm. Deletion happens immediately: your account, logs, photos and generated images are removed and you are signed out.

By email

• Send "Delete my account" to support@glpily.com from the email address on your account. We may ask you to confirm from the app to verify ownership.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, login and settings
• All health logs: weight, injections, measurements, nutrition, symptoms and journal entries
• All progress photos and Your New Era results, including files in storage
• Your remaining credits (they have no cash value and cannot be refunded by us)
• Push notification registrations

In-app deletion is immediate; email requests complete within 30 days. Anonymized purchase records may be retained where required for tax, fraud-prevention and legal compliance. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately in the App Store or Google Play — deleting your account does not cancel billing.

Before you go

If you just want a copy of your data, use More → Doctor report → Export CSV first. Exports are not possible after deletion.
