You can delete your GLPily account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent.

In the app

Open More → Account → Delete account and confirm.

By email

Send "Delete my account" to support@glpily.com from the email address on your account. We may ask you to confirm from the app to verify ownership.

What gets deleted

Your profile, login and settings
All health logs: weight, injections, measurements, nutrition, symptoms and journal entries
All progress photos and AI Transformation results, including files in storage
Your remaining AI credits (they have no cash value and cannot be refunded by us)
Push notification registrations

Deletion completes within 30 days. Anonymized purchase records may be retained where required for tax, fraud-prevention and legal compliance. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately in the App Store or Google Play — deleting your account does not cancel billing.

Before you go

If you just want a copy of your data, use More → Doctor report → Export CSV first. Exports are not possible after deletion.
